When I’m deep in research and working on plot development, which I am right now, I tend to get quiet, like clouds gathering energy within before a cleansing rain. As before, I’m exploring literary themes filled with secrets, mysteries and the taboo. I’m playing with various ‘what if’ scenarios. And even still wondering if this next novel will be a true sequel and continue Henrietta’s journey. Or if it will be more about her granddaughter … a character I’ve grown quite fond of. These thoughts have me pre-occupied. And amused. It’s all good. But if you don't hear from me for a while, you'll know why.
